What this site collects

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.

When you send the contact form, your name, email address and message are passed to Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which emails them to us. Its handling of those details is described in its own privacy policy at web3forms.com.

If you email us

RBS Technologies Ltd is the controller of the personal data you send us. We use your name, contact details and message to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as the conversation is active and delete them when it is no longer needed. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do any of these, email bhanu@rbstech.uk and we will respond. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
